Big Brother Naija Season 10 contestant Kola has faced strict consequences for breaching the show’s confidentiality rules, as announced by Biggie during the latest episode.
Head of House Jason Jae communicated the verdict, informing Kola that he would be temporarily stripped of his ability to speak as a form of punishment.
According to Biggie, Kola is now restricted to communicating solely through a writing pad provided by the show, with exceptions only for direct conversations with Big Brother.
This disciplinary measure was prompted by Kola’s decision to disclose details of a private red telephone call, despite clear instructions to keep the conversation confidential.
The call involved an offer from Agent X, who proposed a luxury manicure and pedicure session for ₦1 million, to be deducted from the season’s grand prize. Kola ultimately turned down the offer.
“Kola, you shared details of your red telephone conversation, which is a direct violation of the confidentiality rule you were explicitly warned about.
“As a result, you are prohibited from speaking until further notice. You must use the provided writing pad to communicate with other housemates during this period, unless you are speaking directly to Big Brother.
“When engaging in conversations, you will write on the pad, and the housemate you are addressing must read your words aloud before replying. This process will continue throughout the duration of your punishment,” Big Brother stated.
