The housemate revealed his decision during a private chat with fellow contestant Faith, citing emotional turmoil.
Kayikunmi has been entangled in multiple romantic dramas, sparking tension with Isabella, Thelma, and Mide throughout the season.
His rift with Isabella deepened after he chose to accompany Thelma as her guest following her Head of House victory, leaving Isabella furious.
Matters escalated further when Kayikunmi clashed with Bright Morgan, Mide’s love interest, in a heated confrontation earlier this week.
To add to his troubles, Thelma’s loss in the latest HoH challenge resulted in both being evicted from the luxury suite, compounding his distress.
Overwhelmed by the chaos, Kayikunmi confided in Faith, admitting, “I want to voluntarily exit.”
Faith, however, encouraged him to stay strong, saying, “No, you’re not a b*tch. You need to ask yourself why you want to quit.”
