Nollywood star Toyin Abraham has sparked social media buzz after unfollowing fellow actress Funke Akindele on Instagram, following an awkward encounter at a recent movie premiere.
The tension unfolded during the premiere of a film produced by Iyabo Ojo’s production company, where both actresses were in attendance.
A viral clip from the event shows Toyin approaching Iyabo Ojo’s table to exchange pleasantries. After greeting Iyabo, she turned to acknowledge Funke Akindele, who was seated nearby—only to be met with complete silence as Funke ignored her.
Undeterred, Toyin gracefully moved on to greet Mercy Aigbe, but the snub didn’t go unnoticed by eagle-eyed fans.
Reacting to the incident, Toyin took to social media with a fiery post, declaring: “I have unfollowed her—God forbid bad thing! If I ever greet her again, call me a bastard.”
Checks confirm Toyin has indeed removed Funke from her Instagram following list, with Funke reciprocating the action.
