Prominent Nigerian entrepreneur and luxury car dealer Ikechukwu Ogbonna, popularly known as IVD, has allegedly been detained in Kirikiri Correctional Facility.
This development follows his apprehension at the airport last week while attempting to board a flight to Qatar.
Sources reveal his detention stems from an ongoing Domestic Violence lawsuit connected to the tragic death of his late spouse, Bimbo. Authorities claim he violated court orders prohibiting international travel while the case remains unresolved.
Fresh reports confirm IVD has now been officially remanded in Kirikiri Prison, with his next court hearing scheduled for September 28th.
