A Nigerian woman recently opened up about her tumultuous past marriage after witnessing a public feud between a celebrity couple.

Doyinsola A. IIori

Doyinsola A. Ilori, a 60-year-old mother of four, has shared her painful experience of abandonment and multiple failed marriages her ex-husband entered into after leaving their union a decade ago.

She revealed these deeply personal details in a candid Facebook post on Tuesday, December 2, drawing parallels to the public disagreement between a famous musician and his wife.

Reflecting on her own past, Doyinsola recounted how she initially stayed in an unhappy marriage marred by constant arguments and betrayal, enduring it solely for her children’s sake.

When her husband decided to end their marriage, he showed no regard for how his departure would impact their family.

Despite her pleas to consider their children’s wellbeing, he allegedly told them his personal happiness took precedence over their needs, then walked away without hesitation.

“Regarding Tuface’s situation, I’m compelled to say, ‘tueh…’ Often, when men leave us – whether as husbands or partners – they search for ‘better’ but end up with worse versions of what they left behind,” she confessed.

“When they realize their mistake, pride prevents them from admitting the terrible error.

“You know how men leave—they burn every bridge without remorse. Wọ́n áti balẹ̀ jẹ́ kọjá sorry

“Then they console themselves by claiming we regret leaving, while failing to mention their endless, unsuccessful attempts to replace us.

“I don’t know about others, but my ex has wedded five different women in the decade since our divorce. If any were truly better, wouldn’t he have stopped at one? I endured 15 years before he left. Five marriages in ten years! Clearly aiming for seven. (Want to bet with me?)

“Honestly, I pity his future children with these new wives. Otherwise, he’d keep replacing spouses until the day he dies.

“PS: Tuface is clearly disturbed. Annie should be laughing at him now. Wasn’t she supposedly the ‘bad one’ they disliked? Now they’re stuck managing Natasha.

“My ex-husband’s family faced similar karma when, barely two years after marrying that unfortunate woman, they started wailing, ‘We never saw this coming.’
