Her ambitious goal involves cooking approximately 250 bags of rice.

 

The record-seeking culinary expert, celebrated globally since her historic 2023 cooking marathon achievement, started her latest venture at Lagos’ Eko Hotels amid an electrified audience of admirers.

The moving moment resonated deeply with onlookers, many acknowledging her mother’s unwavering role in Hilda’s remarkable success story.

 

“Confirmed—this pot shines! I personally scrubbed it clean. Soon, it’ll hold thousands of portions of legendary Nigerian Jollof rice,” she shared.

 

Originally set for Muri Okunola Park, the spectacle relocated to Eko Hotel due to unprecedented demand, with more than 20,000 eager attendees registering.
