Speculations had spread across Ghanaian news outlets that the star was forcibly sent back home.
A curious fan took to X, pressing her for answers: “Efia, is it true they deported you? You haven’t returned to the US in a while.”
Setting the record straight, Efia shot down the claims, clarifying she’s been in New York for the past fortnight.
She posted a snap of herself stateside with a playful yet firm caption: “Been in NYC for two weeks now. Mind your business, people.”
