Nayvadius DeMun Cash, the Grammy-winning artist known as Future, has openly expressed remorse for not valuing and respecting women the way he should have.

The rapper, who fathered nine children with multiple women, attributed his relationship struggles to the absence of a positive male role model during his upbringing.

In a candid interview with Hot 97 FM, Future shared that witnessing his mother’s lack of genuine affection from men shaped his flawed perspective on love.

“My deepest regret is not loving more sincerely. I wish I had known how to love properly.

“Coming from nothing, I had no example of how a man should treat a woman. I never saw my mother cherished or appreciated,” he confessed.

Future acknowledged that his past relationships served as painful lessons in understanding emotional connections.

Despite recognizing his childhood trauma, he refused to use it as an excuse for his past behavior.

He emphasized his commitment to personal growth, striving to make wiser choices in love and life moving forward.
