Brown Ideye

Enyimba forward Brown Ideye has openly criticized the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) side regarding unpaid performance incentives.

The ex-Super Eagles attacker posted on his official X account, claiming the Aba-based team still owes him and fellow players match bonuses from the previous campaign.

“Just because I’m financially stable doesn’t mean I shouldn’t demand what I earned. @EnyimbaFC, settle our match bonuses from last season. The season concluded in May, yet we’ve received nothing.

“The new season begins next month,” Ideye stated.

This follows his recent disclosure that Enyimba provided players with only N7,000 daily for meals during the 2024/2025 season.
