Manchester United icon Patrice Evra couldn’t resist another playful jab at Arsenal after their dramatic Champions League final loss to Paris Saint-Germain.
The ex-defender posted a humorous clip on social media, dancing to MC Hammer’s “U Can’t Touch This” while flashing the Champions League trophy—a not-so-subtle reminder of Arsenal’s long wait for European success.
Mikel Arteta’s men fought valiantly in the final, taking the lead through Kai Havertz before PSG equalized via Ousmane Dembélé’s penalty. The match went to a tense shootout, where misses from Eberechi Eze and Gabriel Magalhães sealed Arsenal’s fate.
Evra, grinning in the video, sarcastically suggested that while Arsenal celebrated their Premier League title, Champions League glory might remain elusive for decades.
This isn’t the first time Evra has reveled in Arsenal’s European heartbreak. Last season, after their semifinal exit to PSG, he shared a similarly mocking post, joking that Arsenal fans often expect miracles that never arrive.
Despite his teasing, Evra has admitted a soft spot for the Gunners—though his on-field record against them was dominant. In 21 career clashes, he won 13 times, lost just four, and even notched a goal and assist in Premier League battles.
