Insiders claim Eniko Hart has taken legal action to dissolve her marriage with Kevin Hart due to ongoing financial disagreements regarding his support for his older children.
Allegedly, the core issue revolves around child support payments.
Reports indicate Eniko pressured Kevin to halt financial assistance for his eldest kids, Heaven and Hendrix, whom he co-parents with ex-wife Torrei Hart.
She reportedly believes they are now self-sufficient post-high school and no longer require financial backing.
Instead, she advocates redirecting the estimated $30,000 monthly support toward their shared children, Kaori and Kenzo Hart.
