Nollywood firebrand Uche Maduagwu has ignited fresh controversy with a scathing message directed at May Edochie, pressing her to confront the relentless cyberbullying targeting her estranged spouse, actor Yul Edochie.
The outspoken star unleashed his thoughts via Instagram, publicly challenging May’s ongoing silence despite mounting digital hostility toward her former partner.
While conceding that influencers can’t police every supporters’ remark, Maduagwu insisted May carries moral obligation to formally address the character attacks, emphasizing her current legal marriage status.
His blistering critique suggested May’s passive stance might signal silent endorsement of disparaging comments toward her ongoing marital ties.
In raw candor, the actor declared: “The May nation gang knows their queen still shares Yul’s last name by law, yet they flood social media dragging his reputation through mud. Is this how you honor your queen? Check your hypocrisies.
“Truthfully? I hold May accountable, not the trolls. You watch mobs publicly crucify the man you’re still legally bound to without uttering ‘stop.’ Remove that Edochie title if you can’t defend basic decency toward your husband.
“Prove to Nigerians you embody Christian values, May. Show marital respect still exists despite circumstances—command your diehards to cease this disgraceful campaign”
