Afrobeats superstar Davido has offered an exclusive look into his ambitious residential development at Lagos’ prestigious Eko Atlantic City, detailing the architectural vision behind his future home in a revealing interview.

The revelation follows closely after the artist’s showcase of his recently purchased Atlanta estate.

The Nigerian hitmaker shared that his Eko Atlantic fortress, currently in its foundational phase, will boast 15 luxury suites, dual state-of-the-art recording studios, and an expansive garage accommodating 20 vehicles across its five elevated floors.

Construction is progressing steadily, with structural completion expected by year-end and full project finalization anticipated within the next 12 months.

Davido acknowledged his brother-in-law’s crucial role as project supervisor and creative muse, expressing excitement about becoming one of the development’s pioneer residents.

The property traces its origins to a strategic real estate maneuver – Davido initially acquired prime land at Banana Island for over ₦1 billion before divesting the asset for ₦2 billion upon discovering the Eko Atlantic opportunity.

His current parcel in the oceanfront district commanded over ₦2 billion at purchase.

With the property’s value already appreciating to approximately ₦7 billion and the completed estate projected to exceed ₦20 billion in combined worth, the investment demonstrates remarkable growth potential.
