Afrobeats sensation David Adeleke, widely known as Davido, has responded to accusations of an unsettled $50,000 wedding planning bill, labeling the situation as absurd.

The artist addressed the claims late Sunday after they surfaced online.

Reports allege that Funke Bucknor-Obruthe, whose firm organized Davido and Chioma’s nuptials, confronted the singer over the outstanding balance, with leaked messages hinting at potential legal action.

Reacting sharply on X (formerly Twitter), Davido dismissed the allegations with disbelief, calling the entire scenario ridiculous.

He posted, “This is just crazy atp (at this point).” alongside a link to the circulating claims.
