Controversial media figure Daddy Freeze has responded to the heated verbal exchange between Afrobeat icon 2Baba and his spouse, Natasha, which unfolded during a live social media session.
The brewing tension erupted into a public spectacle when the couple engaged in a fierce argument while Daddy Freeze was conducting a live broadcast on Facebook.
As previously covered by Amonpoint News, 2Baba had entered the live session just before the confrontation escalated. Listeners could clearly hear the musician’s agitated voice in the background, shouting, “Shut the damn f*** up, just shut it!”
Natasha fired back immediately, her voice slicing through the tension though she wasn’t visible on screen, “Innocent, hand me that phone—let’s show him who we are together.”
She sharply questioned whether it was Daddy Freeze’s device before insisting the camera flip toward them.
Amid the heated struggle for the phone, 2Baba’s frustrated warning echoed loudly: “Look at what you’re doing!”—before his audio abruptly cut off.
As chaos unfolded on the live stream, Daddy Freeze attempted to maintain composure, telling his audience uncertainly, “Guys, stay calm. We’ll see if the situation stabilizes to understand what’s happening.”
What’s happening with 2Baba?
He jumped into Daddy Freeze’s live stream yelling “Shut the hell up!”
Wife Natasha clashed with him in the background… Seems another fight erupted before he just vanished offline.

Later addressing the incident on Instagram, Daddy Freeze called on friends of the couple to intervene, describing the live altercation as deeply unsettling and traumatic.
He distanced himself from potential fallout, stating he had extended his utmost support to the troubled pair.
His words: “If anything happens to 2Baba, no one can claim I didn’t try to help.
“That live session shook me. I don’t know the context, but it was alarming. My heart goes out to these two. If you know them personally, reach out. My own spouse got concerned—I don’t even know who to contact.”
The OAP extended gratitude to his wife for not escalating their private disputes publicly, humorously noting spectators would’ve ridiculed him for hypocrisy.
He quipped, “Honey, you’re my blessing. Thanks for keeping it classy—saved me from becoming a meme like, ‘Mr Relationship Advisor can’t even manage his own home!’”
