Popular Nigerian comedian and content creator Officer Woos has opened up about the growing insecurity in the country, sharing how it has directly affected his loved ones.

The skitmaker revealed that his maternal uncle went missing under mysterious circumstances nearly a month ago.

Officer Woos explained that his uncle vanished while returning home, with no trace of his whereabouts since.

The entertainer expressed frustration over the deteriorating security situation, stating that Nigerians now live in constant fear of violence.

In an emotional post on X, he shared, “My mother’s only brother has been missing for weeks.

“He left home and never made it back. How much longer must we endure this terror? These are truly frightening times.”

The alarming security crisis has drawn reactions from various Nigerian celebrities, including Nollywood star Funke Akindele, who expressed horror at recent attacks on worshippers in Kwara state.

“I woke up to footage of worshippers being attacked mid-service in Kwara. Heartbreaking and terrifying. Seeing elderly congregants, including one struggling to walk, scrambling for safety brought me to tears,”
