A Chinese entrepreneur, Ross Boss, has fired back at social media activist Verydarkman, denying all allegations of fraudulent activities and revealing that the influencer failed to drive any sales despite his vast online reach.
The heated exchange began after Verydarkman publicly accused Ross Boss of engaging in scams, prompting the businessman to issue a strong rebuttal.
Ross Boss clarified that despite investing heavily in Verydarkman’s promotions, not a single sale was generated, leaving him frustrated and questioning the influencer’s credibility.
In his response, Ross Boss openly dared anyone with proof of being scammed to come forward, vowing full refunds and even offering to cover their travel expenses to China for verification.
He went as far as declaring his readiness to surrender to authorities, stating he would accept a three-year jail term if found guilty of scamming.
Expressing disappointment, the businessman criticized the influencer for not delivering promised results, despite substantial financial investments in their partnership.
Social media reactions poured in:
@powerchibueze commented: “Wow, Ross has receipts! Looks like VDM got exposed. Maybe it’s time to rethink who we trust online.”
@dokitawaa added: “This controversy highlights a bigger issue—many young influencers prioritize personal gain over integrity. How can we demand accountability from leaders when some of us aren’t honest ourselves?”
