In a series of candid revelations on Instagram, Caramel Plug detailed disturbing actions by her ex, King Manny, accusing him of persistent stalking and aggression toward her inner circle.
She claimed that despite moving on and enjoying personal success, King Manny has allegedly engaged in sabotage, including defacing promotional materials featuring her as a brand ambassador.
“You refuse to accept how fulfilled I am without you,” she declared, revealing she had remained silent for years to avoid confrontation but could no longer stay quiet.
She further accused him of confronting her male friends at social gatherings and making threats against them. Caramel also suggested her ex has been manipulating narratives about her behind closed doors.
In her posts, she included visual evidence and vowed to stand her ground, emphasizing her independence. “I speak for myself—let me live in peace,” she concluded.
