Nigerian social media personality Blessing Okoro, popularly known as Blessing CEO, has issued a public apology following backlash over her health-related statements. However, she stands firm that her medical struggles were not fabricated.

The 36-year-old relationship coach addressed the controversy in a heartfelt Instagram video, acknowledging the confusion and distress caused by her previous claims. She described her apology as sincere, expressing regret for the turmoil affecting her family and followers.

“I am truly sorry for the unnecessary uproar and pain my health disclosures have caused,” she stated. “Moving forward, I vow to share verified medical documents—scans, biopsies, and all relevant reports—to maintain credibility.”

Comparing her transparency to past cosmetic procedure updates, she reassured trichological records, and updates. I did not exaggerate my condition—nothing but the truth will be shared.”

Okoro promised to upload biopsy results and diagnostic scans promptly, committing to full disclosure throughout her treatment journey. To appease skeptics, she offered refunds to donors requesting them, instructing them to submit payment receipts via WhatsApp or DM.

“Your generosity has been overwhelming, and I don’t take it lightly,” she added. “Yet, if doubts remain, I’ll gladly return contributions—just provide transaction proof and account details.”

She concluded with gratitude, saying, “Thank you for your prayers and support. Keep them coming; divine intervention is what I need most.”

The storm erupted earlier this year when Blessing CEO disclosed a stage four cancer diagnosis, soliciting public donations for treatment.
