Bimbo Ademoye

Nollywood star Bimbo Ademoye has publicly called out an individual for allegedly stealing the rights to a soundtrack from her hit film Where Love Lives, resulting in YouTube demonetizing her content.

The accused, identified as Emmanuel Davies, reportedly uploaded the song to Spotify and other platforms under his name while falsely claiming authorship.

Since its premiere in December 2025, the romantic drama has amassed more than 18 million views on YouTube, making the unauthorized use of its music even more contentious.

Ademoye took to Instagram, demanding immediate action and issuing a stern warning to Davies. She emphasized her legal ownership of the track and vowed repercussions if the copyright claim wasn’t revoked.

Her post read: “Someone thinks they can steal what’s mine and get away with it. Lagos Sound, aka Emmanuel Davies, you have one hour to remove the copyright strike from my film. This is MY song—you uploaded it, credited yourself, and blocked my revenue. Consider this your final warning.”

“Emmanuel Davies, I’m not playing games. If you ignore this, I’ll make sure you regret it. And to Anwuli—yes, I haven’t forgotten about you either. Whoever knows this man, tell him to act fast before I escalate this.”
