Nigerian actor and former Big Brother Naija star Boma Akpore has unveiled his latest venture—a podcast designed to reclaim his personal narrative from media speculation.
In an exclusive interview with Sunday Scoop, the entertainer shared his motivation: “Launching my podcast was about taking charge of my own story. The media often shapes perceptions, sometimes inaccurately. This platform allows me to share my truth directly with my audience.”
Akpore also celebrated Nollywood’s unstoppable rise, praising the industry’s tenacity. “Nollywood’s progress inspires me. Despite challenges, our filmmakers and actors keep pushing boundaries. That fighting spirit defines us.”
The multi-hyphenate talent highlighted his creative expansion post-reality TV: “Growth matters. Beyond the screen, I’m now hosting two podcasts—Unbox Review Show and its Special Edition. To my supporters: this journey continues because of you.”
