With her signature wit, Starr jokingly asserted her historic bathroom selfie status – even as she stood alongside fellow African superstar Tems in the now-iconic mirror shot featuring Coco Jones.
“First African to take a bathroom selfie at the MET Gala, period!,” the singer declared with a laugh.
