Renowned Afrobeats sensation and Grammy nominee Ayra Starr has unveiled her eagerly anticipated third studio album, titled ‘Starrgirl’, sending waves of excitement across the music scene.
Released globally on Friday, the album features 16 meticulously crafted tracks, now streaming on all major platforms, showcasing her evolving artistry.
Taking to her social media, the 24-year-old star reflected on her growth, calling the project a defining chapter in her career. “This album marks a journey of self-discovery and empowerment—every note represents a piece of my heart,” she shared with fans.
Born Oyinkansola Aderibigbe, Ayra Starr skyrocketed to fame with her chart-topping 2021 anthem, ‘Bloody Samaritan’, solidifying her status as a global Afrobeats powerhouse.
Her discography includes the critically acclaimed debut ’19 & Dangerous’ (2021) and the introspective sophomore project ‘The Year I Turned 21’ (2024), both lauded for their bold lyricism and genre-bending sound.
