In a dramatic turn of events, Ayo Labinjoh, mother of Davido’s alleged daughter, Aanu Adeleke, has finally broken her silence during the heated paternity dispute surrounding the teen’s parentage. The singer had earlier refuted claims of biological ties, asserting multiple DNA tests confirmed no relation.
Davido recently dismissed Aanu’s paternity claims, stating five separate DNA tests proved he was not her father while vehemently denying ever meeting Ayo, whom he disparagingly labeled. His remarks came after Aanu publicly demanded a DNA examination.
However, in a fiery Instagram statement posted via her daughter’s account, Ayo countered Davido’s narrative, detailing their encounter at HQClub. She accused the Afrobeat star of deceit, alleging he abandoned her under false pretenses while disparaging her character. She insisted the DNA tests orchestrated by Davido’s father were manipulated, casting doubt on their legitimacy.
“Deji Adeleke arranged a LAB visit, not a hospital, where Anu’s blood was taken in 2014—only to be discarded behind our backs,” Ayo disclosed. “The falsified results were fabricated by Wale Sobola, posing as ‘Dr. Alex,’ while Sotayo Gaga’s sibling later confessed to the scheme, exposing their deception.”
Further escalating tensions, Ayo alleged Davido harassed her daughter, threatening legal action while hurling insults. She vowed to involve international authorities to oversee an unbiased DNA test, denouncing the singer’s conduct.
“Davido’s cruel messages to my daughter tonight were unacceptable,” she stated. “He mocked her existence and smeared my name—claiming I was a sex worker. This isn’t about me; Anu deserves the truth. Bullying her is unforgivable.”
