Meanwhile, South African star Tyla keeps her stronghold on the chart’s top spot, with ‘Channel’ holding steady at No. 1 for another week.
Tyla, who was crowned the top Afrobeats artist for 2025, previously set records with ‘Water,’ which spent a staggering 55 consecutive weeks at the summit.
In another breakthrough, Burna Boy secured his first-ever Billboard Hot 100 Top 20 entry as a featured artist on Gunna’s ‘WGFT,’ reaching a new peak at No. 16 after a high-profile remix with Chris Brown.
The Grammy-winning star also made history as the first African artist to debut a song on the Hot 100 for five straight years (2021–2025).
