Arsenal faces a major setback as Ben White has been sidelined for the rest of the season due to injury.

Reports from The Athletic indicate that the English defender sustained a medial cruciate ligament tear during Arsenal’s narrow 1-0 win over West Ham last weekend.

White’s absence will extend to Arsenal’s upcoming Premier League clashes against Burnley and Crystal Palace, and his recovery timeline makes him unlikely to feature in the Champions League final against Paris Saint-Germain on May 30.

The injury also casts uncertainty over his availability for England’s 2026 World Cup campaign.
