British-Nigerian boxing icon Anthony Joshua paid a heartfelt tribute to his late friends and trainers, Sina Ghami and Abdul Latif “Latz” Ayodele, during their funeral service at Hendon Cemetery in North London.
The emotional farewell came after a joint Janaza prayer held at the London Central Mosque, where mourners gathered to honor the two men who tragically perished in a car accident while visiting Nigeria.
Ghami, Joshua’s strength and conditioning coach, and Ayodele, his longtime personal trainer, were instrumental figures in the former heavyweight champion’s career, making their sudden passing a devastating loss for the boxing world.
Dressed in solemn black attire, Joshua maintained a composed yet visibly grief-stricken demeanor as he joined family members and close associates in bidding farewell to his mentors and confidants.
