Her statement read: “Stop exploiting my children as pawns in your narrative. It won’t work. I have no issue with you presenting your side, but consider this a final warning: cease mentioning my kids. A 14-year-old victim’s assault is indefensible—a crime adjudicated fairly.
“Show accountability. The court ruled against you with proof, so keep my children out of it. Any further references will prompt legal action.”
This comes after Baba Ijesha’s recent interview, where he touched on their past relationship and alleged instances of babysitting her children.
He expressed regret over their fractured bond but denied any ill intent.
During the interview, he recounted an incident at her Ilu-Peju store, claiming he briefly supervised the children before handing them over to an apprentice.
He alleged that upon returning, he encountered a commotion at the scene.
