Nollywood star Doris Ogala has publicly forgiven Pastor Chris Okafor of Grace Nation Bible Ministry after he issued a heartfelt apology.
“Pastor Chris, there’s no need to kneel. Your apology means everything to me, and I accept it,” the actress shared on her Instagram page.
As previously reported by Amonpoint News, Pastor Chris had publicly sought forgiveness from Ogala in a viral church video where he knelt before his congregation.
Footage shared by Ogala on Facebook captured the clergyman humbling himself before his followers, acknowledging past missteps and seeking reconciliation.
I recognize my errors and sincerely apologize to Doris Ogala. Today, I kneel before God and the public to ask for mercy.

The reconciliation follows Ogala’s earlier accusations that the pastor abandoned her after making marriage promises.
While denying many of the allegations, Pastor Chris emphasized his commitment to peace and accountability.
“I won’t engage in disputes,” he stated regarding Ogala. “Though some claims are false, I take responsibility for my actions and apologize to anyone hurt by them.”
The pastor vowed to make amends, declaring his readiness to compensate those affected by his conduct.
“To Doris and others I’ve wronged, I offer restitution. I kneel before you all—judge me, pray for me, but please forgive me.”
