Renowned Nollywood star Anita Joseph has fired back at her former spouse after their split with Nigerian MC and hypeman Fisayo Olagunju, widely known as MC Fish.
Earlier, Amonpoint News highlighted that Anita’s recent social media activity comes in response to MC Fish clarifying his career and involvement in their relationship.
MC Fish, in a series of Instagram story posts, claimed Anita initiated their romance, which later evolved into marriage.
The entertainer refuted allegations that he was financially dependent on his ex-wife, emphasizing his extensive 15-year career in event-hosting and hype performances.
He also addressed false claims that Anita solely handled household expenses during their marriage, asserting his financial contributions and hard work.
Defending his profession, MC Fish noted that critics of hypemen still hire them for events, arguing that Anita wouldn’t have married him if his career lacked potential.
Shortly after his statements, Anita responded via Instagram, cautioning her ex against involving her in online drama.
“Attention to my Ex: I refuse to engage in public mudslinging. If you have grievances, address them now and let me move forward.
I don’t know who you’re feuding with online, but keep me out of it. This year is about growth and progress for me.
Don’t drag me into your chaos. Leave me alone.”
