Nollywood star Biodun Okeowo has issued a stern warning to a social media user who accused her of fraudulently inflating the price of a high-value property in her promotion.
The controversy erupted when Okeowo posted an Instagram video showcasing a luxury estate, mistakenly listing its value at ₦50 million in the caption.
Alert followers quickly pointed out the discrepancy, noting that fellow actress Biola Bayo had previously advertised the same property for ₦40 million.
One critic escalated the situation by publicly labeling Okeowo a “thief” in the comment section.
The actress fired back with a sharply-worded response:
“The man sitting near Aunty Jaiye Kuti just branded me a criminal over property details he knows nothing about. You’ll answer for this accusation—either provide proof I inflated the price or face consequences.”
