Regina Daniels

Serenity Royale Hospital has firmly denied allegations of performing drug tests on Nollywood star Regina Daniels, dismissing circulating reports as entirely fabricated.

The healthcare facility issued an official rebuttal late Thursday, countering viral claims of a supposed medical examination confirming substance abuse by the actress.

The controversy erupted after Regina’s estranged spouse, Senator Ned Nwoko, publicly accused her of narcotics dependency, demanding she undergo rehabilitation treatment.

These explosive allegations followed Regina’s shocking revelations of domestic violence amid their highly publicized marital collapse.

Social media platforms became flooded Wednesday with what appeared to be laboratory results—allegedly from Serenity Royale—showing dangerous concentrations of cannabis, cocaine, opiates, and alcohol in her bloodstream.

The hospital’s management categorically refuted these documents, asserting they never conducted such tests on the celebrity.

In an emphatic statement bearing the hospital’s official seal, administrators declared: “We categorically disown the fraudulent ‘Mid-Term Home Detox Report’ falsely attributed to our institution regarding Mrs. Nwoko Regina.

“This fabricated document contains grossly inaccurate information and should be disregarded by the public in its entirety.”
