Ex-Super Eagles captain Sunday Oliseh has lauded Alex Iwobi after the Fulham midfielder etched his name in Premier League history.

Iwobi made headlines by becoming Nigeria’s first-ever footballer to clock 300 appearances in England’s top-flight league.

The milestone was achieved during Fulham’s away fixture against Newcastle United, where Iwobi showcased his trademark work rate and creativity.

Since his Premier League debut for Arsenal in 2015, the versatile midfielder has amassed 100 games for the Gunners, 123 for Everton, and 77 for his current club Fulham.

Oliseh, known for his technical brilliance during his playing days, couldn’t hide his admiration for Iwobi’s achievement. “Huge congratulations, Alex! Watching your consistent growth has been truly rewarding. You embody what it means to be a complete midfielder,” the football legend tweeted.
